For candidates

The best roles are filled before they're posted.

Most of the searches we run never reach a job board. If you build, sell, or secure B2B software for a living, the useful thing you can do today is make sure we know who you are, so you're in the conversation when the right mandate lands.

How we're different

You are not a résumé we forward.

Plenty of recruiters treat candidates as inventory. We keep a small client list precisely so we can do the opposite.

01

Confidential by default

Nothing moves without your explicit say-so. We never send your details to a client, a client's investor, or anyone else until you've agreed to that specific conversation.

02

We tell you the real story

Stage, runway, comp reality, who you'd report to, why the last person left, and what the first two quarters actually demand. Including the parts that might make you say no.

03

Straight feedback, either way

If you're not right for a search, we say so and tell you why. If you're close but a stage off, we'll say that too, and keep you in mind for the one that fits.

Where we place people

Three practices, one type of company.

We recruit into B2B software companies from pre-seed through growth and beyond: deepest in AI and SaaS, and active across fintech, cybersecurity, data infrastructure, healthtech, and vertical software.

Practice 01

Revenue & Go-to-Market

Founding and enterprise AEs, sales leadership and CROs, marketing leaders and CMOs, SDR/BDR, solutions and sales engineering, customer success, RevOps, and partnerships.

Practice 02

Technology & Product

AI and platform engineering, engineering leadership from first EM to CTO, product management, and the data and ML engineers behind production AI systems.

Practice 03

Security & Trust

CISOs and security leadership, hands-on security engineering, GRC and compliance, and privacy and data governance leaders.

What to expect

From first message to signed offer.

We'd rather have a twenty-minute conversation now than a rushed one when a search is already running.

01

An intro conversation

What you've actually built or closed, what you want next, what you won't compromise on, and the comp range that makes a move worth it. No role required for this to be worth doing.

02

A specific opportunity

When something fits, you get the full picture before you decide: the company, the numbers, the team, the risks. You choose whether we make the introduction.

03

Through the process and after

Interview prep, honest read on where you stand, help thinking through the offer and the equity, and a check-in once you're in the seat. We're measured on placements that last.

What we look for

Stage-fit over logo-fit.

  • Evidence you've done it without scaffolding. Closed deals, shipped systems, or cleared audits where there wasn't a brand, a playbook, or a bigger team doing the hard part.

  • Comfort with ambiguity, not just tolerance for it. The people who do well in our searches tend to like the part of the job where nobody has written the answer down yet.

  • Technical credibility for a technical buyer. You don't need to be an engineer, but you do need to explain a complex product honestly, including what it can't do.

  • A reason for the move that survives scrutiny. We'll ask. Clients will ask harder. A clear, honest answer is worth more than a polished one.

Not looking right now?

That's usually the best time to talk. The searches we run move fast, and the people who get the strongest options are the ones we already know when a mandate opens.

Introduce yourself anyway. We'll have a conversation, keep it confidential, and get in touch when something genuinely fits, not every time we have a req to fill.

No spray-and-pray. Ever.

Introduce yourself

Get on our radar.

Tell us what you do and what you're looking for. A few sentences is plenty, and a LinkedIn link usually tells us more than a résumé does.

Everything you send stays confidential and goes nowhere without your explicit approval.

Hiring instead of looking? Start a search and we'll get back to you about the role.

Confidential. We reply to every message.
